Acupuncture works by stimulating your central nervous system and changing blood flow in different tissues and organs and by this helping your body to naturally fight disease and make the changes it needs to achieve a balanced state. Acupuncture treatments when performed properly and by trained acupuncturists are pain free and quite enjoyable.

Acupuncture when performed correctly should be pain free and an enjoyable experience.

What should I expect from my first appointment?

Your first appointment involves an initial assessment that should last one hour, where we will assess your condition and define a treatment plan. Treatment is included in the first appointment.

What conditions do you treat?

We treat a wide range of conditions, from acute to chronic health problems.

Can I have acupuncture treatments if I am on medication?

Yes, acupuncture is safe to use if you are taking medication, including blood thinners. We always take into consideration the medication you are on and adjust our treatments accordingly.
