Nuno first became interested in Eastern culture after practicing martial arts as a teenager. After finishing school he decided to study Traditional Chinese Medicine and graduated from Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, one of the oldest TCM Universities in China, having studied and interned in a hospital in China, allowed him to gain practical experience as well as develop his Chinese language skills.
Nuno specialises in Acupuncture and has had much success in treating a broad range of both acute and chronic illnesses including pain, menstrual problems, digestive problems, insomnia, infertility, and others. He holds a Bsc in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from a Chinese University and is also a member of the Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine UK. Beside his clinical practice he is also a scholar and researcher of Chinese Medicine and culture.

He has been working as an acupuncturist in different clinics across the UK over recent years and looks forward to seeing patients in Wales, UK.
